Yoga Retreat in Portugal
This one week Yoga Retreat will take place in a stunning Eco Retreat Center in the South of Portugal (Aljezur) surrounded by beautiful and wild nature in the mountains with an amazing view over the hills and the ocean.

Yoga instructors Yesim Yuva and Annika Isterling guide you through nourishing Yoga, breathing and guided meditation sessions with the focus on how to get back to your own roots by letting go of things that hold us back of self-acceptance and self-love.
Spending time in peaceful surroundings while doing Yoga on the top of the hill as well as on the beach will help us to reconnect to nature and to our true self. You will feel more balanced, grounded, energetic and go back full of energy and a clear mind.
All classes will be mainly in English with German translation.

ACTIVITIES
There are a lot of things to do during your stay at the PURE YOU Yoga Retreat like surfing in the Atlantic Ocean or in the lakes close by, walking and trekking trips, bird and dolphin watching or fishing and riding horses. You can get massages and steam baths in the Spa of the center. Besides group activities you have enough space for your self to create your days as you feel like.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The closest airport is Faro (1.15h away from the venue by car). We can help to organize a direct transfer by car for extra charge. Participants can share the transfer. You can also use public transport via bus and train in 2.15h.
From Lisboa airport it takes 3h by car to the venue, also reachable via metro and train in 5h. There is a direct flight connection from Lisboa to Faro also.

BOOKING
A deposit of 500€ is needed to guarantee your reservation. The full amount must be transferred at least 6 weeks before the start of the retreat. Spaces are limited to 14 participants. You will get a detailed information sheet after your booking, also with tips for your travel and airport transfer.
