A YOGA (RE)TREAT FOR BODY & MIND
Join Annika Isterling from 13 – 20 October at Casa Cook Kos for this holistic retreat designed to nourish both body and soul. Her special yoga program is designed to help you find balance, as you reconnect and empower your truest self.
The retreat will be an intimate group with a maximum of 16 participants. We will practice on each of six days for 90 minutes in the morning (8:30 am-10:00 am) and another 2 hours in the evening (5:00-7:00pm).
There’s plenty of time to relax in between, to enjoy the beach, immerse yourself in nature or just rest and soak up inspiration from the surroundings. On Wednesday there will only be a morning session so you have extra time for exploration or working out kinks with a restoring massage. Both Fridays are for travel so there are no practice sessions on these days. The retreat is suitable for all levels and will be taught in English. We have yoga mats, blocks, blankets and belts, but feel free to bring your own. If you’d like, bring a shawl for warmth at the end of each asana practice and for meditation.
